Why Relaxation Massage helps
Relaxation massage reduces sympathetic nervous system activation (the "fight or flight" response) and stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system. This shift improves sleep, digestion, and immune function — and creates the internal safety the body needs to repair and to detox safely.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy healing practice that supports relaxation, emotional balance, and gentle realignment of the body's energetic systems. Paired with massage, it deepens the relaxation response and supports overall well‑being.

Relaxation Massage + Intuitive Reiki
Full-body relaxation massage combined with intuitive Reiki energy work. Hot stones to the back available as an add-on. Optional Biomat use for deeper relaxation.
Duration: 60 or 90 minutes. Licensure: Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010, Medical Training College.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (coming soon)
